Dear Angels of my higher self: I feel like I’m recovering from a strange, strange illness called fear. This past week I was absolutely consumed with fear about what I read to be “pole shift” cataclysms on Planet Earth. I mean, I believed that this would be needed and this would cause extreme problems for everyone on the face of the Earth – massive death, massive destruction, and years of chaos and extreme difficulty. I believed it because it almost made sense – in light of my perceptions of the grave state of affairs on Earth.

And yet, I believe in love, and I believe in my connectedness to a force of goodness and a force of love that is far greater than any of the fear that humans could ever muster. So I feel that I succumbed to some malady of fear that I have the ability to rise above. Yesterday I did rise above it as I read at the fear-mongered website a blurb that assured me that this group of dooms-dayers is living in a void of fear. I do not want that void. I want to be focused on my power of creation and on my ability to create change. I do want so deeply to envision a beautiful world. A beautiful world is what I want to create. I have my goals, my dreams, my commitment to creating positive change on Earth. Please help me, angels, to do this and to continually see the bright side of all that swims in the ethers around me. Thank you!

L, we are blessed to know of your deep, deep desire to create good things on Planet Earth. If and as each and every human begins to point his or her mental radar at all the good that can be created, this, then, in turn creates the goodness.

It is really a very simple equation: as you think, you travel; as you love, you attract. These words we have spoken before and many a human has uttered them in the spirit of understanding your power of creation. Let us say – your Power of Creation. We must capitalize these words because the words themselves convey infinite power.

You see, when you began your tenure on the face of the Earth, you knew, without a shadow of a doubt, what would lie ahead as you would become entrenched in the physical experience. You knew that you would feel emotions; you knew that you would experience the full range of physical experiences, from birth to death and to all that is in-between. You would know hunger; you would know satiation; you would know peace; you would know war. You would know faith; you would know suffering. You would have knowledge; you would have ignorance.

You see, Earth is the Planet of Healing and Cleansing, and this healing and cleansing is ultimately a healing and cleansing of the mind, because the mind is the builder. It is the master creator for you and for your human brethren as you live within a consciousness of creation.

It is a masterful consciousness; and yet its true power is not accepted by you and by the human race in general. You do not yet have faith in your Power of Creation.

But this time in history is a very, very significant time. It is the time when the human race is changing, switching, from a focus on fear to a focus on love.

As the poles shift, you, too, will shift as the human race, and love will begin to dawn upon the human species – that is – LOVE will dawn in the mind of man as the SAVIOR of man. Indeed, love IS your savior. And you must feel love inside in order to gain the upper hand in this world that you perceive as physical.

We say “perceive as physical” because there is nothing about your world that is physical except the perception that you have of it as physical. Your perception makes it so.

Think for a moment about the power of your mind to create worlds. If it is your mind that creates the world, then the world is a figment of your mind. And just as a thought can be made real, it can instantaneously also be made unreal. Therefore, there is nothing real or unreal in the world of the mind. The mind simply IS. You simply ARE. There is no physical world about you except the world of your mind. You share this mind creation with all your brethren.

But now, you are learning that the mind is a very, very powerful thing. You are learning that it can bring you peace, or it can bring you the opposite. It is YOUR choice, is it not? It is your choice to create what you want. So – create with conscious intention. Create with the intention of good. Create with the desire to expand all things good. And in this expansion, in this powerful vortex of intention YOU are a god. YOU are a fractal pattern of the expansive energy of the Creator that Created you. So you see, you are a breath of God. And as such, you have the same power and the same essential components of the Creator. This is indeed a Divine and Blessed thought, because – the Creator is all that is. YOU are all that is. Together, you are infinitely, enfinitely blessed.

Now, to accept this blessing of being, you have only to acknowledge it. Believe it, see it, feel it, know it. Use all your spiritual awareness – all the SENSES that make you a sentient being in the Universal System – and CULL the infinite being of yourself. BE that self. Draw it close, draw it near, draw it into your frame of reference. And then – let it go to expand into the enfinite Universal System where you can seed stars, seed universes with your love.

Your love is who you are.

So – these beings that speak to Nancy Lieder – they do not understand the emotion of love the way that humans do. They cannot understand the power that love has because they, too, destroyed much of their environment, which in turn destroyed their hormonal system, which impacted on the emotions that they can feel. They seek to learn from you and the human race and yet they are eluded in this because they lack what you know inside to be your fundamental truth.

Send out your love to them and ask them to leave you. They cannot impact you unless you give them permission. Tell them in no uncertain terms that this world is the planet of healing and cleansing and if they wish to be here then they too must abide by the pursuit of love. Love is the essence of this jewel of the Universe that you know as Planet Earth. The rules – the STRUCTURE of being here is – LEARN TO LOVE SELF.

There should be no tampering. We MUST love ourselves.

Now, come to door of faith, hope, understanding, peace, love, kindness, good will, and know that all that you feel in these regards will be returned to you because THIS is a Law of the Universe. It is the Law of Magnetism. What you sow, so shall ye reap.

Give your thoughts to the expansive energy of healing the planet of what it does not want. You and Mother Earth are eternally tied. We do indeed mean eternally. Your gift from the Creator was a connection to this exquisite jewel that will always, always abide in your memory and in your consciousness. Your mind – your BRAIN—was and is created from the forces of Earth as they are given life and blood by the Creator. So your gift is the love and light and eternal pulsing of your nervous system as it expresses the brain power – as the brain power eternally expresses the being of the Christ Consciousness and the Eternal Godhead.

Let us pause to be aware of the enfinite power of love.

As you go forward, living the adventure you call life, try to keep in the forefront of your mind the knowing that all is as YOU have asked it to be in your thoughts and prayers – for the knowing and the learning and the expansion that you experience. Experience is a gift. It is yours to keep forever. You, as a dual soul and spirit consciousness, will forever have experiences, just because you ARE. You ARE a breath of love.

Thank you for listening to our words, and for writing them, and for sharing them. We wish for all to know that the world is intended to be beautiful. And as each brain, each consciousness perceives this beauty, then the beauty becomes all the more so.

Take the beauty, pull it into your heart, and know that it is yours to keep and to continue to create. The world is yours and ours and the Creator’s so that you and we and the All That Is can make it real.

BE the reality that you are. Remember that you are Love.

Dear Angels: Could you give me guidance about how things are going at work – with this latest issue of the instructional designer revolt and the leadership issues we feel affect us so deeply?

Yes, we can help you understand the issues that seem to be swimming at work. What you have in your work environment is a conflict of egos. The egos are coming together in the center of the battlefield, as it were, and they are beginning to do their business on the battlefield.

Now, you can choose to enter this battlefield, or you can choose to stand on the sidelines, or you can walk the other way and stay in your own vortex of peaceful, reconciling energy. It is your choice.

But for now, you have chosen to engage. You have thrown down the gauntlet. Voila! Who will fight me today? Look at me! King of the hill. I dare you to come forward.

These are some of the battle cries of those who wish to do battle.

Do you want to do battle? You do not have to. You do not have to engage in fear and in power struggles. You can choose to soothe, choose to revere the peaceful heart of the adventurer and find only the gems that are beneath the surface – those gems that are freely given by the Universe to those who choose to be patient and to understand that their own vortex of loving energy is truly THE ONLY energy that matters. No other energy matters. No one can affect you unless you, in your energy domain, give them that power.

So perhaps there is some healing to be done at work. Perhaps you can muster the wherewithal to encourage this and to see the best in the others.

This is not to say that their behavior is acceptable, or that they do not have nefarious or selfish ends that they are trying to meet. Indeed, there is plenty of selfishness afoot. When we are in fear for our livelihoods, fear is the first and last emotion we feel. We are charged up with the vigor of a warrior in pursuit of a conquest, whether that conquest be a victory at the board table or a victory in the bedroom or a victory in a verbal battle or a victory of unseen proportion. Victory knows no bounds and it also knows no restraint in the making.

All victories are victories of battle because victory implies a winner and a loser. When you have winners and losers, you ultimately have all losers. To simply BE – in patience, in love, in courage, in quietude – THIS is the ultimate - not victory, but gain. GAIN. To gain is to set aside competition and to cooperate so that all who participate in the sequence come away with a sense of belonging, with a sense of peace, and with the knowing that all is right in the world.

Now, you have some work ahead to pave this way in your office. You see, you, too, have engaged in battle. You, too, have sought power and have sought to win and to take your victor spoils. This is – human, albeit not necessarily ultimately human, except as we learn from it. We are learning to be kind and patient and compassionate.

So with your supervisors, some patience and compassion may be in order so that they realize that your intention is to cooperate and not stand in the way of progress.

Granted, “progress” is relative to the mind of he or she who perceives the incidents at hand.

But you can gain more footing and more good will by cooperating rather than competing. This is ALWAYS a good thing.

Tomorrow, perhaps you can speak with SK and explain your position and your feelings. Speak from the heart, and his heart will hear. Speak from the wisdom that you have, and speak with the certainty that your job is to support the efforts of the group as a whole. This will be known for indeed it is the truth.

And your speaking of the truth can indeed be a trigger for the others to speak their truth as well. To speak truth is to open the heart and to become a greater being.

Remember, you can stay in your own vortex of loving energy, and no harm can truly befall you. You see, you are always, at all times, a being of love and a being of ALL ethical values that are wrapped in the gentle cocoon of your spirit. Your spirit IS you, and therefore to express the spirit and to express the good will of the soul is a blessing of great magnitude. You will always GAIN when you speak the words of truth – and consciously live them in your actions. Love is the living truth, and peace is the acceptance of All That Is.

So – you can set an example, and you can be all that you want to be in your office and elsewhere. This world is your playground of learning. Have fun with the learning, and never fear that your time of learning will be for naught. It cannot. All learning is a GAIN. All learning is a blessing. ALL learning is MEANT TO BE.

So, go in peace and know that this is an experience of learning for you – learning to cooperate, learning to speak truth – not fear but TRUTH – which is imbued with love, and learning to be the loving being that you are as you CHOOSE to BE that loving being in thought, word and deed.

Life is an exquisite playground. Now it is for you to have fun and to enjoy the learning in this experience.

Dear Angels: I am concerned about the impending Earth changes and about what the implications are for me personally. On one hand I’m excited about the prospect of Earth arighting herself – in fact joyful and relieved that big change can take place and that the plight of the animals and plants and so forth on earth may come to an end – that we can all get back on track. But on the other hand, I’m fearful for my safety and daunted by the task ahead to save food and water and in a nutshell – provide for myself when all my life I have lived the life O’Reilly. Can you give me some advice to help put this all in perspective, and help me plan for the days ahead?

Linda, this is indeed a time to hunker down and take stock of those elements in your life that you need to most closely focus upon. This is a time when all of humanity and all of Planet Earth is sensing the vibrational change, like the wind is changing – and big changes are in store.

What are these big changes? It is not for us to predict the future, but only to assess the level of consciousness that mankind is living at this time – and to look and what the impact of that level is upon man’s world.

You see, this world – this planet – this precious globe that you call Planet Earth, is indeed a creation of the Christ Consciousness and the God Consciousness within each and every soul and spirit that walks the face of the Earth – a creation so majestic and so immense in its breadth and scope that truly it is difficult to comprehend. You see, you and the Earth are united. You are one. You are separate, and yet you are one because you indeed created one another for the immense gift of learning that the Earth could and can provide you with.

Now, this is the time when a reconciling of your history – your tenure – on Earth is coming to pass. You have, as a collective consciousness, been attempting to transition to the light side of your mind, to the side that allows those thoughts and those actions of Man to be ones of peace, of kindness, of comfort, of good will, of growth!

But you have been hindered, stymied, by fear. You see, fear is the element of existence that puts a roadblock in one’s way. Fear is the roadblock of the mind that does not allow the light of love to penetrate.

So you are reconciling the fear and the lack of love that has existed in the heart of the collective consciousness for millennia upon millennia. Countless years, hours, lives, eons of time – this is your history and this has been the path of fear.

Now is the time to put that fear aside and to see the glory that is evident in your future. You see, there is truly nothing to fear because all of love, all of life in its potential awaits you.

Potential is a powerful word because it speaks to what you truly want but what you believe you do not yet have. You see, there is no time. There is only an eternal sea of consciousness, and you are part of that consciousness.

There is no fear truly either. Fear is a manifestation of an ILLUSION of the mind. Truly, all that has been created has been created by God; and all that has not been created by God does not exist. Fear truly does not exist. It is an illusion and AS SUCH you have the power, the full range of power, to banish fear as the illusion that it is.

There is nothing to be afraid of.

There is no death.

There is no time.

There is no fighting and there is no war unless this is the image – the illusion THAT YOU WISH TO LIVE in your earthly, carnal life.

For a moment, you glimpsed the truth of this statement. That is good. You are growing.

Believe in forever and believe in your divinity because both are true and real, and indeed, truth is your salvation.

Look for the truth in man’s path on earth. What is man trying to learn? Is he trying to learn to appreciate himself? Is he trying to learn to love, respect and value himself? Is he trying to see himself through the veil of fear so that he can ultimately appreciate the truth of love?

Yes. Man is looking for love. And – you shall find it, indeed.

Have compassion for your fellow man.

Be kind. Be good. Be willing to help.

And know that help is on the way.

Oh angels, I am very glad to hear that help is on the way. Do you mean for me personally, or for all of my brethren, all of us here?

We mean that help is coming from the Universal forces of good, which understand you and take compassion upon the steep uphill climb that you have at this time. We are never alone. We always exist within a sea of love, and this sea of love is coming to Earth to guide those souls who are willing to listen and to feel. The help is in the form of consciousness gifts. Be open and aware and you, too, will feel and experience these gifts of consciousness. You may share them with others. All can learn.

So what is next for me? Do I move? Do I sell my house? Do I continue working? What’s next?

What is next is totally up to you, but you can rest assured that you will be assisted and guided at every turn. Do not be afraid, but begin your preparations. Be open and aware. Know that this path is one that must be walked and must be attended to. There will be no ignoring in the days ahead. All attention will turn to that which is imminent. Come upon the feet of Christ and know that in your hearts all will be well. You are “forever beings.” There is no death. Do not be afraid. Your love, your internal love will save you.

Dear Angels: It is early morning and I’m happy to be up and connecting. Could you please give me further guidance about writing a book about some of the many things I’ve learned in the last year – about health and well-being? I want to help others who may be suffering with illnesses and dis-eases who may want to circumvent a more traditional medical route of dealing with things. I want to pull together various ideas about alternative modalities and inspire people to take more responsibility for their health.

Dear L: It is nice to connect with you in this early morning hour. It is always good to spend the first moments of the morning in a meditative state because this is the time of day – one of the times during the day – when the brain is fresh and ready and receptive to receive ideas that are, shall we say, not tainted by the circumstances of the busy day. So we are glad to be with you and to help you with your book.

Now, when you think of any communication endeavor, the very first thing you must consider is tone. What is the tone that you want to set? Do you want to be the benevolent savior when you write this? Do you want to inspire people to think for themselves? Do you want to impart a fountain of wisdom and let it fall where it may on whomever it may?

Do you want to target the book to a specific population? Who will be your primary audience and what will be their receptivity to what you wish to share?

You may wish to target the book to a population that is already somewhat “in-the-know” about things alternative because they will be ready to understand the spiritual concepts you wish to write about. And the tone you may wish to embrace might be one of a kind friend who is concerned for the love and light that they have in their lives. For it is only love and light that any of us can ultimately impart, despite our words. All words are ultimately light.

Now, you may also wish to be sensitive to the needs these readers may have to learning and understanding newness. Even though they are primed, they are only so primed. We can only move ahead one step at a time. So if you throw a big ball of newness upon them, perhaps your words will be harder to understand, or more challenging to digest. So it could be a good idea to tred lightly. Deliver bits and pieces rather than the whole shebang, and in doing so you will ensure that you bring the reading audience with you rather than leaving them pondering if they want to.

To share informatiou about health is to speak of the fundamental desire in each and every one of us: the desire to reconnect with our basic structure in its most pristine and optimal form. Health is the vital breath of being. It is the certainty of physicality IF we are understanding of our divinity and our connection with the god-source that is our Creator. This concept is one that has been imbued in all religions, and yet – it has in many respects been lost as we have been mired in more dogmatic strains of the beliefs we are drawn to. So – it could be good to help your friends and readers to understand that health and well being is their birthright – their fundamental aspect of being that is – NORMAL. And yet normalcy – the idea of normalcy – has been tainted by modern man. We have lost the vision of what normalcy is.

True – normalcy is relative – relative to the times, relative to the being, relative to the area, the culture, etc. And yet – for Planet Earth, for humankind, for the species of human that inhabits this planet: you were designed with a specific structure. This structure is embedded in the codes of your DNA. And the structure is intended to be vital and strong and connected to its God-source.

So it may be helpful to help readers understand this connection.

Now, as to who will read the book and what their greatest desire/s may be for information, perhaps it is HOPE that defines this question, this need. It is hope that many have lost in the modern world because of the disparities that predominate. Hope has been lost by many because the “normalcy” that they have come to accept is not a normalcy that inspires optimism about the future.

So – you might wish to help your readers gain a sense of hope about the world, about living life, about gaining health, about helping others, and moving forward in their evolution, about touching the Godhead, the God-Source, the Intelligent Source and creative energy of the Universe. We each feel this potential. We know it exists. And yet we often lose hope, HOPE, that it is there. We lose faith as we indulge in the fears of our modern world.

So this book can inspire others to regain hope because they will see that change is indeed possible. Change is the miracle of the modern world.

Now, as we speak of change, we must also speak of the reconciliation that is needed. Reconciliation implies a meeting of what was with what will be. Indeed, in truth there is no time and therefore all that has ever been IS now and will forever be. There is no separation between ages or between people or between things or between concepts or between anything in the vast universe of universes.

BUT – in our perceptions there are separations, and as we deal with perceptions, we must move forward within – at least somewhat within – that perception schema.

So – understand that each of us must reconcile how we have lived our lives to date and how we will continue to live our lives if we wish to live differently – to experience a different level of vitality, a different level of HOPE, a different level of awareness, and a different sense of WHO WE ARE AS HUMAN BEINGS.

As humans we do have the gift of change. But when we change in significant ways, some faith must be held in the promise of a better day, a better ME. To have this faith will give each of us the courage to deal with the changes that will come about.

Change is not always comfortable. Change, true change, radical change as needed, can be an upheaval. Are you prepared for upheaval? Are you prepared to make the kinds of changes needed in order for true change to take place?

Some of the many changes that may be in store: a change in how we eat, a change in how we live each day, a change in the time that we arise in the morning, a change in the time that we go to bed, a change in what we do with our extra time, a change in how we see our relationship with our fellow man, a change in how we structure our day. Change, true change, is a commitment.

Perhaps it will be good to look at commitment as an act of change. To commit to a change is to have faith that the change will come about. When we are talking about health, faith is important because we must have faith that health is our birthright. If we believe that health is only a function of the genes our mother or father gave us, then we do not see ourselves in a position of power. Do you know that the DNA your father in heaven gave you is the DNA that you have within you at this time? Do you know that your father in heaven intended for you for all time to lead a life of vital health and well being? Do you know that within you now you have the power to fully embrace health and well being even in a microsecond of change? You do have the power, and yet – you do not understand who you are, so you do not understand the miracle of change.

What is a miracle? A miracle is a hastening of that which is. You ARE health. You ARE vitality. You ARE All That Is and you can BECOME All That Is in a microsecond. That is – you already ARE that which you aspire to change to. Within a miracle, you hasten “time” to become the alignment of All That Is within you.

So – have faith in the miracle of your existence. To the degree that you put your mind to change – to the degree that you have a COMMITMENT to this change – you WILL – you absolutely WILL experience it.

So you may wish to help your readers understand these concepts. These concepts will give each reader hope and ultimately certainty that change into a wholly health being not only is possible, but it is easy, ultimately, with commitment, with desire, with hope, with peace of mind, with dedication, and with the understanding that all that ever has been will be.

You ARE a piece of God, a Child of the Creator. As such, you are perfect. Now is the time to return to your perfection. Believe it is possible and it will be true for you.

Dear Angels: I am ready to write the book. Could you please give me guidance? I am excited about this venture – so very excited. I want to start now. I am ready.

Dear L: This is wonderful news. The book has been waiting for you and you have been waiting for the right time – the time after you have had appropriate “thinking time” to digest all the ideas that have come your way, the experiences, the inspirations that are desired when we let them happen.

You see, this is truly an adventure in consciousness. You remember that consciousness is the integration of your thinking mind, your loving emotions and your spirit senses – in your physical body as a human. So you are learning to raise your consciousness so that you have the power – feel the power – believe in your power – to access higher realms.

And this you are doing – accessing the higher realms.

The higher realms are always waiting for mankind’s awareness, for his reaching out, for his simply WANTING to connect. You see, it is the WANTING that directs the experiences of man.

You are not always aware of your wanting, but believe me when I tell you that by virtue of wanting, you do indeed create. All that is before you, within you – is a creation of your consciousness. YOU ARE THE DIRECT RESULT of THAT WHICH YOU HAVE THOUGHT. Your thought directs your experiences. All that is before you is a manifestation of thought.

This is truly an expansive thought for mankind to digest because we, you, all who pass through the physical dimension – are taught that experience is random; that “God” bestows and “God” retrieves; and that punishment and sin and all manner of disavowing personal responsibility are the name of the game.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

So you see, there is a huge mental wall that mankind must climb – or walk through – or dissolve, or tear down brick by brick – like the Berlin Wall of your world years ago. These walls of illusive ideas must be rendered inert in order for man to leap forward, as is appropriate at this time to do.

So – your book: your book is to help mankind move forward in his evolution. It is time. It is time for your book and it is time for mankind to move forward. Many have come before you to help with this cause. Many come after you to help with this cause. Many are all around you helping with this cause. It is not a lonely cause but one of great proportion that entails the energetic participation of millions of souls – millions of PEOPLE as you know them – for all people are soul and spirit, and all people are blessed with the lifeblood of connection to the Creator.

So in your book you may fundamentally remind your brethren that all are connected by divine chords of beautiful love and exquisite perfection.

Let us examine perfection: perfection is the state of being in which you reside at this moment. All is perfect as it is. Perfection is never solid; it is always mobile. It is relative to the being. But all that is IS PERFECT AS IT IS by virtue of simply being.

So you must understand, and help mankind to understand, that BEING is ALWAYS at every turn, at every microsecond – BLESSED BY THE CREATOR AND BLESSED BY YOU.

You have free will. You have total free will.

So – you may ask, you might ask your readers – challenge them with this question: WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO WITH YOUR FREE WILL? You may charge the world and tear across nations with verve and vigor, or you may slither into the earth and remain cold and clammy, or you may move mountains with your belief that this is within your power. You see, there are NO limitations in what you can do.

So challenge your readers to accept their power and to believe in its depth and breadth. You are only limited by your beliefs in limitation.

Now, your questions are about health. How might you convey some helpful information about health?

First, you must find a way to help people believe that they can get well. You see, modern medicine has created the perception that only with machines and “big guns” can health be gained. These big guns make a lot of noise – lots of whirring and electrical energy, but they are cold and metallic for the most part and they can only ultimately bring man a sense of not having the power that his spirit knows exists. So when you buy into medicine you are buying into your own helplessness.

Man must begin to believe in himself AND IN HIS POWER TO HEAL HIMSELF. It is this belief that truly empowers man to create miracles.

When Jesus healed the sick and the lame, he did so by virtue of his profound acceptance of his spirit energy and by his profound acceptance of the spirit energy within the person he healed. Jesus understood his Divine Power and he understood the divinity within his brethren.

You, too – EACH OF YOU as humans – has this power to heal. “What I have done,” Jesus said, “you all can do.” Jesus knew that as a human, he could be Divine. He could be Divine in human form AS HE ACCEPTED his Divinity.

So, go and do as Jesus did – you and all whose lives you touch: HEAL YOURSELF.

Now, what does it take, other than thought, to heal? Thought alone is the basis, but you live in the physical world and you have myriad “props” as it were to assist you in your healing ventures. You have herbs, you have foods, you have water – clean water, you have air – clean air, and you have friends and lovers and family and beings around you to help you.

So draw upon all who can assist you in your efforts. The more that we connect with like minds in the process of growing and healing, the faster and deeper our healing becomes.

You see, you are all as humans connected by the silver thread of life. This silver thread is what connects you to the angels, to God, to the All That Is, to the Universal Consciousness of Perfection and Importunity. By importunity we mean the entreaty that the Universe gives to man in inspiring mankind’s expansion of consciousness. Mankind must expand his consciousness because the alternative is devolution. We do not want to see devolution. Your time is now to expand exponentially. As you are up against the veil of fear, you must thread the needle of love into the universal window of change. Squeeze through the eye of the needles, and see the vast sea of love and truth and equality on the other side of infinity. This infinity – this forever – is your birthright.

So now is the time for mankind to claim his birthright of healing, of loving self. You see, to heal is truly to love self. When we love ourselves, we do not abuse our body with toxins, poisons, or degrading influences of any sort. No, we cannot. We do not. We know when to stop the abuse.

Love is the eternal balancer. Believe in love and in the power of love, and you will indeed progress more on your path than you ever imagined possible. This movement forward is, IS NOW AND ALWAYS SHALL BE, a blessing. To move forward in your evolution is to be blessed with the energy of All That Is in your being.

So, let us pause for now so that you can re-read these words, and then we will move to phase two of planning for your book.

Dear Angels of My Higher Self: It is late; it has been a full and enjoyable day; and I am almost ready for go to sleep. But I yearn to connect. Any words of advice for me today? Any guidance as I pursue my dreams?

Yes, L, we do have some guidance for you as you move forward in your soul evolution. That guidance can be distilled in a few simple words: Love Yourself. Love yourself for the great being that you are, for the spirit energy that courses through your physical body and your soul being. Love yourself for the love that is inherent within you. Honor this love. BE this love. It is yours at all times, and the only thing that separates you from the love that is you - is the fear that is not you. But - as you choose to embrace fear, it does indeed become a part of your reality. So - you must choose to release fear if you wish to be the love that you are.

These are simple words, and yet they are expansive, truly expansive. They define the path of the evolution of consciousness. All that is, IS. And that is not, IS NOT. You ARE, therefore you shall always be. There is no death. There is no suffering, truly - in the spirit world. And yet in the physical world you perceive existence from a very different framework. You see limits. You see a finite realm of experience. You see walls and limitations.

In the spirit world, there are no walls. There are no limitations. There is only a vast sea of love, divine love, eternal love. Love is the chemistry that ties the Universe - yea - the UniversES, together. Love is the glue that binds all of Creation into the masterful infinity that it is.

And so you see YOU are LOVE. You are "a child of the Universe, no less than the trees and the stars. You have a right to be here." There are profound words because they define the character of your relationship to all that is. You see, you are a being of light. Do you see yourself as a being of light? Do you see yourself as infinite love? Do you see yourself as a masterful creator - a child of God (the Infinite Intelligence) who is learning to appreciate who she truly is?

If you answered No to any of these questions, that you have not evolved in your consciousness to the point where you fully accept the majesty and complexity of who you are as a being of total love.

But this is okay, because you are where you are as a consciousness because that is the perfect place for you to be. You are evolving. We were not born yesterday only to exist in the totality of who we are. Rather, we must evolve into who we are. We must follow in a Universal pattern of evolution because evolution is our opportunity to learn. And learning is the path of each and every soul consciousness in the kingdom of God.

Now, let us look at the world around us. We see trees, we see flowers, we see beauty everywhere.

And yet we also see that which does not conform to standards of beauty. We see oil slicks, we see pollution, we see suffering, we see tragedy, we see many elements of life and existence that are not on the surface reflective of beauty.

But it is for us to begin to see all of creation as beauty, because each creation is a creation of a master spirit, YOU. We use "YOU" as a collective pronoun to describe the human race. You, as the human race, ARE master spirits. And so each creation - even pollution and all the "bad" that you see and hear and feel and experience - is truly a masterful creation. It will stoke the learning potential within you.

In your distant evolution in the future, you will learn only from the positive experience. But for now, as you still live on the shadow side of the soul, you learn from negative experience. There is no judgment here. It is what it is. Experience is experience. It cannot be judged. It can only be experienced and appreciated for the great potential that it has - each and every experience - for stimulating growth.

Now, let us consider a child. When a child is born, this child is barely a seed of the mother and father. The child is a newborn, a new seed, a new creation. And that new creation has within it all of the potential, all of the possibility, of total and unequivocal expansion. You see, a baby is a miracle of creation. Each child has the potential to change the world, to change some one, to change many people, to change the earth, to change the universe, to become one with God, the Creator, to become as great as the greatest of all. This is YOUR seed and YOUR potential - each and every one of you.

So - never underestimate your potential. Never perceive limitation. Never think that the world is closed to you or that you have no power. These thoughts would be fears, would be illusions, would be untruths. For truly, you are as expansive as the Universe. You are a fractal pattern of Universal Energy. You have the potential to BE ALL THAT IS.

In fact, you ARE all that is. But - this you are learning, slowly. In fact, there is no time. Time does not exist in the spirit world. But in the physical world, there is time only as it is a construct of the human mind. In truth, time does not exist.

But - you can see your life through the eyes of time. You can see your growth through the eyes of time. You can see love through the eyes of time because love grows and changes and you equate change and growth with the revolutionary patterns of a clock.

But what does go around is the sense of being disconnected from all that is.

So - it is TIME to let go of the thinking of disconnection.

It is TIME to perceive of your connections, TIME to understand your INFINITE nature, TIME to calculate that all that is IS a part of you. As you perceive your existence in these terms, you perceive your existence in the eyes of perfection, which is who you are - a perfect being who is eternally expanding.

So we as angels give thanks to our Creator for this opportunity to be with you and to share the guidance that has been imparted upon us. Each being in the Universe is responsible for helping other beings to evolve. "We are in this together," as you say. We are one. We are ETERNALLY one.

So - allow your mind to wrap itself around the ONE - the ONENESS of all. As we perceive ONE, we perceive the love that we are; we believe in the absolute unity of all.

Tonight, sleep well Little One. You are great. You are strong. You are growing, you are changing, and you will BE all that you are as you embrace unity.

You are never alone. We are all truly ONE.
